Brew Guide: Cafetiere

The classic coffee equipment most widely used at home. Here’s how to make the perfect cafetiere coffee-

1. Boil your kettle and coarsely grind 30g of freshly roasted coffee.
2. Put the 30g of ground coffee into your cafetière and pour over 500ml of water.
3. Give it a stir, preferably with something non-metal so you wont damage the glass, put on the lid and leave for around 4-5 minutes.
4. Gently push down the plunger until it reaches the bottom of the cafetière and your coffee is ready to go!
